send fake transactions to the BTC valid wallet

Hello There,
We are looking for capable developer to develop a simple program, with the feature to send fake transactions to the BTC valid wallet.
Developer Requirement:
- Amount field - USD or BTC : till decimal 8 digit
- Reciever's Bitcoin address field.
- Software activation key
- Transaction should be transferable from first wallet to next person's binance or other wallets (as per normal mechanism of Bitcoin. this should be transferable till 6 wallets. (not necessary same amount to be transferred to next person, it can be splitted)
- Need for transaction to get confirmed on Blockchain network.
- there wll be NO network fee involved in this
- We need our Logo on it's User Interface.
- Transaction should stay in Wallet at least 3 weeks before it disappears on blockchain.
Rest other points will be discussed in Chat section.
This software needs to be delivered in 3 -4 working days.
Hardcore bug-free testing is must before delivery.
