send email via php

I am looking for a skilled freelancer to help me with building a system for sending emails via PHP. I am using Gmail as the email service provider and I would like the email sending feature to be integrated into a new system. The type of content I will be sending is both templates and personalized content. Additionally, the system should be robust and secure to maintain the integrity of the content being sent. The ideal freelancer should have a strong working knowledge of both PHP, PHP Mailer, and Composer in order to accurately and efficiently create the system.
