1. Hotel searches the platform and makes a contract with relevant operators online
2. Customer asks for a transfer, tour or other service
3. Hotel clerk searches the platform. Results from the contracted operators appear on the top, others on the bottom.
4. Hotel clerk selects the relevant option, if needed manually edit the price on the service and print the information for customer
5. In purchase, hotel pays the tour price via credit card
6. If there is no contact, admin for hotel user account sends contract request to the operator
