searching a php coder for new functions

Hello dear people, I am looking for a programmer who will build the following functions into my existing php script:

1. Shop ban function with individual ban massage
2. Shop Pro function where users can register for X€ per month
3. Own domain for the user shops (only for pro user)
4. Ad function with which users can highlight their product on the main page (ownstore.cc) for x€ (for all users)
An auctions function like ebay with x% fees can be set via admin cp
5. Site Builder for the User Shops

but where i can set x% fees for each sell
