a script in google sheets, which help me select salesman based on 1 month variables

I would like a script, where i take entries from my customers based on their choices and preference and their budget and then i allocate a salesman to the customer, I would like to automate the process by writing a script in google sheet which will check for various variables from past 1 month and then allocate the sales which did best for that customer requirement.
