ID scan and table booking software
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I am requesting software for ID scan and table booking software for reception
ID and Passport Scan:
1- automatic text and face recognition from the id or passport scan
2- automatic age calculation
3- simple easy to use with 1 click scan
4- automatic reports export (excel) date by date and able to get custom date report
Table booking:
1- Simple Table booking with (Customer Name, Contact No., Booking date, Table Number)
2- Able send customer notification through WhatsApp (booking confirmation and booking reminder) with pre-adjusted text template
3- Able to print bookings report.
Main Page
1- Id scan entry
2- Id scan report- filters ( Dates , Can search with Document number)
3- Table booking entry
4- Table booking report
5- settings:
A) To add and change company details and logo
B) To add and change whatsApp notification text
C) Change Password and add user
D) Add and chanve busniess hours.
6- End Day (after clicking end day, Auto download generate and download Today visitors from id scan side and today bookings from the table booking side)
Notes:
* For today visitors and table booking must depend on the business hours (Example. if the business hours from 5pm to 2am must calculated after 12am is the same business day)
* The attached image only for sample propose for the ID/Passport Scan
* I will provide the ID sample, But for the passport it most all the types.
For this project I'm open for any development platform but must fit my requirements and be flexible with future modifications
