sales/CUtomers and stock management software

Hello am looking and ready multiple language solution for sell clients and stock control linked to the sell modules, the solution must also give me printing of invoice quotes sales stock report and analisis to multiple languages so i can use in Portuguese and also if possible with editable code so we can edit and add stuff, the software must be working offsite at the cliente facility without need of internet and also be able to work in portuguese
