I request the creation of an API for an existant and functional Laravel app

We use a pos software web developed using laravel and Vue for the front end, we are looking forward some one with experience to ease and quick make all pos normal actions, ie, buying, selling, transfering stock etc ... no more of (20 actions) to attach to each the posibility of doing such actions from an API to be able of connect other applicacations ... this is not a huge work, and we expect some one really experience to end this task in a day or so.
