remove the malware and viruses from a custom built PHP website (83 files detected)

A client here in the UK has a website that was built by another party, it has 83 malware-infected files on it.
I want the files cleaned please and the website secured to help prevent this from happening again.
I can provide the extendCP.com control panel login (they use 20i.com hosting so it has MySQL and PHPMyAdmin as well as file manager and FTP.
Please quote a price and how long you need and what you need from me.

To prevent Google from listing this job for the domain name, I can tell you that the domain name is /ku.oc.smaettaerg//:sptth reversed, so if you copy /ku.oc.smaettaerg//:sptth into https://www.textreverse.com/ you will see what the domain is.
When you have completed the job please re-run the malware scan to verify, and also outline what you did to secure the site (I would expect changing the passwords for FTP, website login a minimum, but I think you would do more than that.
