recover hacked or locked facebook account

Hoping you might be able to help my situation and can show evidence where you were able to sort a similar problem to my own. I can't login to my fb account neither through the website or via the mobile app - the password is correct but for the first time Facebook are now asking for 2 Factor Authentication, which I don't have setup (See images). I had this switched on in the past but not at the time of this incident so I'm unsure why it would ask for it.
When asking for the 2 factor code, Facebook give me the option to bypass this by pressing "Need another way to authenticate?". This takes me to a process where it asks me to confirm my identity by submitting 2 forms of ID. Firstly I tried my passport and driving license, but received an email saying that the name on my account (Kate - a short version of my name) doesn't match the name on my ID (Kathryn - my official name). No matter which ID I upload with the name 'Kathryn' stated, I get the same response from Facebook with no way of contacting anyone to explain.
I don't have any government ID with the name Kate, but I do have two forms of ID that are on Facebook's list of allowed IDs with the name Kate, A GCSE certificate and also a health card (EHIC card) both stating my full name 'Kate' and my date of birth. I have now been locked out of my account for several months which contains all of my treasured photos and where i run my entire business from which is my livelihood.
