react/php dashboard to an api

Hi,
I want to make a react/php dashboard with all the function of this: https://allburov.medium.com/make-a-whatsapp-bot-for-free-and-fun-via-http-api-b3e6afcdf395

on dashboard i can do this:

admin:
make users
delete users
edit users
reset password
limit user by date
limit user by features


user:
scan qr code, after scan he will get live screenshot (its possible according the link i posed)
all the feaures thats the api can do (send message to number, send message to group, get group event....)
