radial search for tx-news and zip-code to lat/long via powermail (typo3) -- 2

Hello,

I am looking for someone who can solve the following scenario in Typo3 (powermail & tx-news):

Scenario:
A user submits a form in the frontend and the data is stored in tx_news.
The published news can be filtered by category as well as by zip code plus kilometre radius.


Step 1:
- A function must be built that stores the entered German postal code as latitude and longitude in the DB in tx-news and fe_users
ZIP-Code-Data & lat/long: https://github.com/brnbio/opengeodb
The TypoScript for powermail to save the entered formdata in tx-news and fe_users is already there, only the function to convert and save a ZipCode as lat/long has to be built

Step 2:
The filter function (filter: category + radial zip-code) has to be built for tx_news (see attached screenshot)
• a slider must be installed and synchronised with the input field for "Radius" (would you user jqueryui for this?)
• if the user clicks on "nationwide", the results are filtered without zip code, only by the selected category by clicking "filter news"
