product page custom code update

hey
i have custom code on my prodcts pages thats give on my backend to pick up products and show then on table inside the front end.
and i can give upgrade option for each one.
this section was on the short description i want to move it to the description( i did that the add to cart and buy now button on this products stoped working now) need to be fixed
i need to add new ones on the end of the table on the descrpition too
i want to redisgn each row on the table and give it a little bit hover effects
job need to be done on 1 or 2 hours
if the old developer added any extra code you can remove it
