prepare an Data storage module with upload function of data dump into standard fields

create a tool to be used online as well as offline to upload profile data of candidates (e.g name/education/skills/last job, etc.. ..allow me to upload multiple data files and also fetch data from other sql database. Tool should avoid duplicates and the raw upload data should convert into a final clean list of data. panel should have a powerful search function to search any field from that data dump.
