practiced Magento 2 Developer for Customization & Migration needed

I need your support in a WebSession with:

- Create a Build Pipeline for Magento 2
- Ensure a way to modify the template
- Delta Data Migration von M1 to M2 shop
- Move and adjust some template modification in M1 to M2

Required skills:
- Magento2 development knowledge
- Linux knowledge
- Knowledge of Git
- English language at an ok level
- German language would be great but not necessary


Work via Microsoft Teams / Teamviewer or comparable
- MS Teams would be the favorites

I'm a software developer myself, but I don't know Magento2. I need support via a web session to clarify questions. I would also like to hand over parts of the work, but I need to understand each part.
