Is it possible to convert this Word Press add-on over to Vbulletin?

Hello, I recently had a word press website and I had a add-on (paid version) that was vital to me. I want to know if it can be converted or modified to work in my vbulletin script and cmp.

I have the most recent version on vbulletin with a lifetime license, I also have a Developer's License for the script (add-on) from http://www.wplinkspage.com I am not sure if this is possible.
