plugin to update stock quantity and price to woocommerce products

hi, i need a simple woocommerce plugin to update stock quantity and prices through a csv file.
Functionality:
In wordpress backend upload a csv file with 3 columns : SKU, Quantity, Price
Plugin search for product or variation with that SKU and update quantity and/or price.
Must be a stand-alone plugin.
