php site for trading pokemon cards

Hello, I have a wordpress site where I would need to fit another created page by you (if its even possible to implement php page to wp) I think it is. And that page would be simple. User list their card from (me created list) and pick what he wants for it. Add an opinion if he can travel for trade. And after he click submit or whatever it will give him list from db of people that listed that card that he wants with possible contact to contact them via tel number or msg in wp (I have). I forget to mention it would be nice if member and non members could do this, cuz on my wp site its like social page with members and wall like on fb for posts.
