php script to change text depends on country

I need a php script that will change text depending on which country the page is opened.

the website is offered in 3 individual countries.
if user is in country aruba, text will be x,
if user is in country Bonaire, text will be xx,
else, text will be xxx

I need simple PHP script. not too complicated.




i do not have any backend script. i just need you to write a script for me
The work is for now and not later.
