php real estate script with integrated beds24 API

We are looking for a skilled PHP developer who can create a full real estate script with integrated beds24 API.
The script should be made with xCrud (https://xcrud.net/) or a self-programmed CRUD and this template:

Features needed:
- Property listing management for sell and rent
- Projects listings with more multiple units for sale/rent (like several apartments in the same building)
- Advanced search functionality
- in the backend it must be possible to add/edit delete the sections and/or add additional fields to it
- Script must be fully secured to prevent malicious attacks/injections

Specific requirements for beds24 API integration:
- Short term rental listings and booking integration with beds24 API
- The beds24.com API must be integrated to additionally select, show and book properties/rooms through the beds24 API on the backend and website (description, photos, etc must be imported form beds24, all rental prices and availability must be checked and shown before booking, booking through own payment integration or beds24 API)

Ideal skills and experience for the job:
- Strong knowledge and experience in PHP development
- Experience with real estate scripts and property listing management
- Familiarity with beds24 API integration
