My project is to improve an existing website, both in terms of functionality and design. I am looking for someone who can help me with this project in less than a month. The ideal freelancer should have a strong understanding of web technologies including HTML, CSS, MySQL, and PHP. If the freelancer has additional skills like JavaScript, UX, software architecture etc., that would be a major plus. The freelancer must have a portfolio demonstrating previous experience working with similar projects.
