php and html 2 page needs some editing

I am looking for a PHP developer with experience in SQL and HTML.
Specific edit:
1. on queue registration page, form fill must be mandatory and cant be left blank to save the forum.
2. on queue waiting number display there is 2 transaction each in a page i would like to make them in one page with the video aside, also video is not filling the whole right area
