php/codeignitor/laravel developer required

We have miscellaneous projects that require patching and/or modifications from time to time. We sometime need to prototype a new idea, or produce reports, so we require a skillful php developer who can handle php/codeignitor/Laravel projects effectively and have good skills of Jquery, Ajax, and Javascripts. Html/CSS3 is a plus.
We are looking for a solo developer, preferably working on his/her own without teams/companies in the middle. The size of the project will have a capacity to talk to one person only.
Also, flexi timing is a PLUS. If the developer can make himself/herself available for development communication after hours is also a plus.
