I am in need of a skilled freelancer to update my php code. The specific changes that I need involve code optimization, as it was written for PHP 5.x and obviously doesn't work on a PHP 8.x platform. I don't have a specific deadline for the completion of the project so the freelancer can take some time if needed. I have the original php code without documentation, but it is a heavily customized version of an an old version of the open source called dotproject (https://github.com/dotproject/dotProject).
