paypal payment issue

In our website paypal payment gateway is integrated and that is working fine in sandbox environment but when we shift to live mode then payment giving error . We tried javascript SDK and redirect method also but still no luck. The error is given below.
Uncaught Error: Api: /smart/api/order/3MC57738JH7935748/capture returned status code: * (Corr ID: f85396550b0cd).

Can anyone fix it?
