oxygen reusable part lazy load option

Im using oxygen builder. I need to have an option to lazy load specified reusable parts, not fake lazy load, actually lazy load the entire part after user interacts with the page via php, js, ajax.
We can add this to an existing oxygen plugin, we dont need to make a new plugin from scratch just for this.
Must have your own demo with oxygen builder, I dont have one you can access.
