AI outgoing call bot and Virtual Assistant

Project Title:
AI Virtual Assistant Bot for Foreclosure Calls & Lead Development

**Project Overview:**
We are looking for a developer or automation expert to build a **virtual assistant bot** that can handle **incoming and outgoing calls** to homeowners whose properties are at risk of **foreclosure**. The bot will be responsible for calling these properties, gathering relevant information, and developing the lead based on provided criteria.

The goal is to **identify properties about to go into foreclosure**, qualify them through a guided conversation, and **update those that fit our criteria directly into our software system**.

**Core Requirements:**

* Build and configure an AI voice assistant bot using **VoismoAI.com** or a similar tool
* Enable both **outgoing calls** to targeted properties and **incoming call handling**
* Bot should ask questions and **develop the lead** through a script or decision tree
* Automatically **update properties** that meet the qualification criteria into a CRM or custom lead management system

**Call Tracking & Logging:**

* Integrate with tools like **Aircall** or **JustCall** to track and log all call activity
* Ensure all lead information, call results, and notes are properly saved and accessible

**Software Integration:**

* Connect bot and call system with our CRM (e.g., Podio, HubSpot, or a tool you recommend)
* Filter and tag leads based on foreclosure status, level of interest, and other custom criteria

**Ideal Skills:**

* Experience with AI calling platforms (VoismoAI, Twilio, etc.)
* API/Webhook integration skills
* Familiarity with real estate lead handling and CRM tools
* Bonus: Understanding of the foreclosure process and real estate data
