optimize website and migrate 5 websites from Hosting A to host B

hi, I have 5 website in Siteground, I need to migrate into Hostinger. I will give you the access.
and also , there are 2 site are quite big data, 1 is 15GB, the other one is 7GB, actually it should not be that BIG., because they are show case site, not commercial or community site, I think there must be some issue inside.
