opencart programming expert needed

i need to have an opencart and php programming expert on board for my on-going projects. I have 5 websites i run with different products that require continuous maintenance.

You must have:

1. At least 2 years of experience in opencart and ecommerce programming
2. Experience converting PSD into working templates for opencart
3. PHP experience
4. Attention to detail is important
5. Experience converting PSD files into html/css
