oop db multi thread issue with mutex -- 2

we got a game built with php oop , we use multi thread and locking it using mutex to update a. certain table in sql and from it we do our queries

we got an issue , the locking is taking so long , so that if we got 100 threads it will delays them and process them one by one which makes the process super slow !

need fix this ,we heard it is releated to mysql settings
