online automated Diary system

We need a professional CodeIgniter who can finish developing our project :
To correct : 1.(Diary View ) weekly and monthly view do not show up the proper appointments :
And A . Weekly view ,when you move the mouse over the appointment , it should show info and if clicked , it should open pop up window with a list of the appointment on that day considering the right level of permission .
B. Monthly view , the same like weekly but months .

2. To add on the unavailability slots Edit and Delete box , when edit clicked it get the full information of that box and they can change it and save or clear it . when they click on delete , then just dealt it .

B. Also to be able to see the relevant past and future appoint for that patient to upload the document for the necessary appointment
4. To add another block like number 2 ( this should go on Patient view page and top of Appointments tap on the left side bar. , and call it Medical correspondence with :
A. Uploaded document should be seen by the relative ranking seditionist , so we need to add the uploaded document to the patient view for seditionist .
B. Also to be able to see the relevant past and future appoint for that patient to upload the document for the necessary appointment .
