odoo erp system -- 2

I have more than 1500 data set and each type of product in recored there is child for example if there is product name shoes there is cartoon of shoes and one piece of shoes and tow pice of shoes and each child have custom data haw can i solve this (I don’t need to solve this manually ) because i have more records .
