oAuth Google API - Google Search Console

I'm looking for someone formilar with the Google API. I need the following:
I have a CMS we built, it's hosted on various domains, I want to use search console and integrate it into each site with the CMS. I have access to their data, but also all my clients data. What I need, is using oAuth to link our account and pick the correct search console for the correct site (via a list of our sites), this data will then save and cannot be changed on that site, then from then, we can fetch that sites data and store it locally.
Then I will have a Cron Job that fetches this data daily using the stored information.
This MUST be done in vanilla PHP, I can provide you with information you need for Google API's but I cannot give you logins. You do NOT need to integrate into the CMS, all you need to do is build a standalone page that has a "link account" button, it signs me into Google using oAuth, I then select the site from the dropdown, it stores the data, and then it'll make 1 generic request for data on that site.
