next cloud optimisation and config

Hello, We are looking for the next cloud optimisation including cache, clearing all security recommendations, ensuring best practice is followed. Would like a list of optimisations for both speed and security listed as to work completed. Also looking at offsite backup configuration possibly using rsync or another recommended method.
