new relic for PHP in depth performance tracing

We are looking for an expert of new relic with deep expertise on PHP for doing in depth profiling/tracing.

It is required to be able to create a measuring per PHP layers of the application.
E.g. on wordpress, you have to be able to configure new relic to do
- trace the full execution time of the php code
- to trace intermediate php calls at least at wordpress core and on each plugin level
- it has to include disk access time, SQL execution times
- ideally network access time (option)

you are WRONG fit, if you:
- have never before configured new relic
- have never before done APM with new relic with PHP
- have only few years of experience in the above sections

This task is not only for wordpress, also other php based applications are interesting, e.g. joomla or other php web-apps! But the first setup will be done on wordpress
