new Real estate website with October cms

We need a new real estate website build with the program October CMS which must be fast loading with 16 landing pages. The website is dedicated to property listings, covering both residential and commercial properties. Property management, Silent listings and furniture packages are also an important part of the website. Important is that all content and a clear example of how the website should look will be handed over to you with specific guidelines. its important for us that it is exactly done as by the example we are handing over to you.
Key features should include:
- Search filters for easy navigation
- IDX link to MLS
- gated content for the silent listing
- upload aprox. 120 existing listings to the new website.
- resize to a mobile version
- an appointment booking request
- a call back request
