Vb.net CHAT program and or account login information... -- 2

Hello I am trying to create a multi account and multi sender via a private forum on the internet, it has multiple chat rooms based on a search, also all the api is available in.. ph, java, other.... I would need this coded in vb.net for this is what I'm going to continue to code the software in... please feel free to let me know what this will attempt to cost..

It will... signing an account from an postbox with password, goto a chat and or send a message into the chat or to a user, it's pretty simple and forward to the operation... also may beable to auto reply... this must be coded in vb.net with either a java wrapper etc... I have extensive computer programming knowledge...

If you are up to this task it is basically like writing a chat program.. that scrapes off a site for the information.. pretty easy..
