I'm needing some custom coding done on a peepso, and other theme wordpress site for ongoing work.

Need to know if this can be done,
Need to be able to add filters without coding.
Need profile option when signing up for new customers to be able to filter their type of sports and filter so that the information will filter to areas of the site.
