I need a zapier developer

I am learning affiliate marketing using a Facebook advert, text magic and Zapier. I have used a fb ad, a text magic account and Zapier, I am pleased with the response but my leads are unable to receive any further information as the Zapier end of the process keeps throwing up an error. Please see upload. I am looking for somebody to identify the problem and then show me how to sort the problem and set it all up correctly.
