need wordpress plugin

We need a WooCommerce plugin to connect two WooCommerce sites. The plugin should capture order details on the first site when a customer places an order, then redirect the customer to the second site with these details. On the second site, the plugin should create a custom payment page (not a checkout page) using the transferred order data, process the payment, and then send a confirmation of payment and order details back to the first site.
