I need a webshop developing for Telegram.

I need a telegram shop developing based off a Github Repository i have access to. The bot should be able to everything listed on the github repository. I also have a couple of customisations I would want to make. Including a paypal payment integration (ie, checking an email address to check for payment). Maybe a couple of others. I need help setting up the repository and then hands on follow-up advice if possible. :-) Thank you
