need a webapp frontend and backend

I need a Personal website(webapp) for selling my course. People will come to to my course page after coming to the course page they have to register with us even for a free watching of free courses. After that, if they want to watch more then they have to make the payment to watch all videos. At the time of joining they have to give their name, mobile number or email id for registration. mobile number or email validation will be there. In the backend, we need a section where we can upload our videos, track payments and track user details like their location and all.
