I need a web developer to create a CPA function on my Ad platform

I have a native ad platform that currently only tracks and reports the CPC (Cost Per Click) of ads to my advertisers and publishers.

I need to implement CPA (Cost Per Acquisition) tracking on this platform. This development should include:

- Add the CPA feature to the entire structure of my platform (reports, features, optimizations, etc).
- Creation of a pixel;
- Creation of a pixel for the Start Checkout.
