I need to synchronize prices (not API) on the opencart shop with prices and stock status from anothe website

I need skilled developer to help me synchronize prices, and stock status on my store based on Opencart with products from another website. Curently I manualy add the products and check stock status but I want to automate process. If you can help to make integration please contact with me.

I want to import informations from source site, not by API. Developers who are interested is requaired to write private message and write how he\she want to resolve our problem

-Price
-Stock status
-Atributes
- Description
- no image ( i want to add it manualy)
