I need something with related the Woocommerce API (especially for product create/update and the get orders).

I have Wordpress Multisite Network for our webshops (running 10 different domains and we are opening new ones). I would like to build an API structure to manage products and orders between them.
I've added 2 attachment to review the requirements more detailed.
Please review them and give feedback to me that are you able to done this project, cost and also the deadline.
