I need someone that can create a resizable grid for a canvas on a new project I am working on for my Website:

You will notice that the sizes of the grid change but always stay 1" x 1".
If possible, I want to copy this design (similar) into the new stencil designer
This is not a Project for a Graphics Designer, but for a full stack coder - Developer.
Please note that the grid size does not have to move, but just reflect the size in a 1" x 1" Grid
