I need someone to setup newsletter on my woocommerce store

Hi,
I do run a small woocommerce store myself to sell courses. I need someone to setup a newsletter so that everyone who purchase or register on my website get added to my newsletter list and get monthly or weekly newsletter regarding new courses release. You can see how my competitor is doing this ( see the attachement) . They included the newsletter having latest products with purchase button. I need similiar.
