I need someone to help me to build an app for car rental. (Different from UBER or Grab) Please read detail.

I’m looking for website and mobile app development for my Car Rental business startup. We have around 30 cars for renting. The car rent in daily basis, weekly basis, monthly basis, and yearly basis. Please note that our business model is not the same with Uber or Grab. we are the company that have our car and our driver. We offer two types of car rental. The first one is car rental with driver and another one is car rental without driver. All car will be rented with full tank of gasoline and customer will have unlimited mileage of usage but they must return back the car with full tank of gasoline. Customer can select add-on accessory during booking process. That equipment will be charge in daily basis. One of the reasons that we want to build the app is to allow customer to input their detail information as a form with attachment option which is easy for Super Admin/Admin/General Manager/Staff User to prepare all the document before their arrival in our office to get their rented car from us or to use our service.

We accept cash, local bank transfer, VISA card/Master Card/ American Express / Discover payment. Customer have an option to pay deposit with Rental Fee or Wait until arrive at the office and pay in cash.

Project bidder need to handle good App Icon, UI/UX, Fast development process, help us to upload the app to App Store and Play Store.

Development Environment: Laravel, MySQL (Backend), React.js (Frontend-App (Android and IOS)).

We would like to have latest version of Development Environment or might be the stable version.
