I need someone to fix my facebook pixel on wordpress and integrate API.

I use FB ads for my business and need to fix a lead pixel that is under-reporting. I believe I also need to add an API. Basically, I would like to be able to give accurate data to FB to improve my ROI.
I have a registration pixel on Stealth Seminar (which is working but also under-reporting) and a lead pixel on my website (Wordpress) that is really wonky. I would love to speak to you about time frame to get this fixed, investment, and of course I realize there may be something else in this fix that I am not aware of
