I need someone to design a basic CRM software
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
- We are looking for a developer to create a CRM software specifically tailored for our sales and contact tracking needs similar to RISE CRM.
- The CRM must be hosted on our Linux hosting platform
- The software should be web-based, allowing our team to access and update information from any device with an internet connection.
- We plan to have 10 users using the CRM software, across two locations, so it needs to be scalable and able to handle multiple users at the same time.
- The main objective of the CRM software will be the monitoring of sales and customers, allowing us to monitor and analyze our sales performance, divided by filters such as type, year, locations and much more.
- In addition to sales tracking, we also require basic contact management functionality to store and organize customer information, as well as summarize in each contact card comprehensive details, activities performed for them, sales, payments history, including documents, appointments, notes and more.
Contact import and export function from csv, xls.
- It is necessary to be able to add fields as desired in the contact or product section
- The management software must be able to be translated into Italian
- It must have the following functions:
Calendar and appointments with filters by location, staff member, appointment, remind, todo list, kanban, search bar, log, user permissions, notifications, user role & permissions
- PDF document creation function with insertion of the chosen contact data.
- It is essential that functionality of any kind can be added to the CRM in the future with your assistance.
- The ideal candidate should have experience in CRM software development and be familiar with web-based applications.
- Strong programming skills in languages such as PHP, JavaScript, and HTML/CSS, laravel are necessary for this project.
- Knowledge of database management systems, such as MySQL, is also required.
- The developer should have the ability to create a modern user-friendly interface and ensure the software is fast, intuitive and easy to navigate.
- Prior experience working on CRM software projects and a portfolio demonstrating past work in this area would be highly advantageous.
